Do you do customised products?
Yes, we love doing customised products for you. Just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call/WhatsApp at +91 7676262825 and we will be happy to help you.
I received a damaged product. What do I do?
Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at email@example.com with images of the damaged product within 2 days of receiving the order.
We will check and issue you a GIFT CARD of the product amount which can be used to place your order within next 3 months.
What do I do if I don't like the product I received?
We take utmost care in crafting each and every one of our orders. Also, for customised order, we share product pictures during the making.
Though If you have some concern with regards to the product please email or call us and we will be happy to resolve it.
What do I do if the order is not delivered due to Incorrect Address / Contact Details
Once the order is dispatched, changing address and/or contact details is not possible.
In this case the package is returned back to us by the courier service. Once returned, we will issue a gift card of the product amount (excluding any shipping charges)
Please note that Refund is not possible in this scenario.
Can I get B2B GST Invoice for my order?
Yes surely a B2B GST Invoice can be provided for orders above INR 1,000. For orders below INR 1,000 a B2B Invoice is not possible.
