Returns and Refunds

I received a damaged product. What do I do?

Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at hello@craftstoreofindia.com with images of the damaged product within 2 days of receiving the order. We will check and issue you a GIFT CARD of the product amount which can be used to place your order within next 3 months.

What do I do if I don't like the product I received?

We take utmost care in packing each and every one of our orders.

Though If you have some concern with regards to the product please email or call us and we will be happy to resolve it.

• we do not offer any RETURN policy on SALE items
• any product less than INR 200 is not eligible for return

Process

Step1: Please self ship the items back carefully to our office Address

STEP 2: Once your return order is received and quality check is done, we will issue you a gift card of the item amount (excluding shipping charges if any paid) / refund back to your source account
