I received a damaged product. What do I do?
Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at email@example.com with images of the damaged product within 2 days of receiving the order.
We will check and issue you a GIFT CARD of the product amount which can be used to place your order within next 3 months.
What do I do if I don't like the product I received?
We take utmost care in crafting each and every one of our orders. Also, for customised order, we share product pictures during the making.
Though If you have some concern with regards to the product please email or call us and we will be happy to resolve it.
What do I do if the order is not delivered due to Incorrect Address / Contact Details / Customer Not Reachable / Customer Refused
In this case the package is returned back to us by the courier service due to the above mentioned address. Once returned, we will issue a gift card of the product amount (excluding any shipping charges or INR 99 whichever is higher)
- Please note that Refund is not possible in this scenario
- Gift card validity will be 3 months from the date of issue
Can I get B2B GST Invoice for my order?
Yes surely a B2B GST Invoice can be provided for orders above INR 1,000. For orders below INR 1,000 a B2B Invoice is not possible.
Request for B2B orders has been placed on or before last day of month.
What if I (customer) choose not to accept order and request return after order is dispatched?
Please understand that for such orders we already paid the forward and return freight charges.
Once returned, we will issue a gift card of the product amount (excluding any shipping charges)
Please note that Refund is not possible in this scenario.
What if if the package is wrongly marked delivered?
We sent notifications to customer on each and every step of order processing (packed, in-transit, out for delivery and delivered). But sometimes due to issues at courier end, the package may be wrongly marked delivered.
Please report this issue within 2 days (without exception) so that we can formally launch an investigations and try to resolve this ASAP.
Please do not worry, if reported within 2 days, either we will get your order delivered or re-dispatch as per response from the courier company.
Please note: The courier companies generally take 3-5 working days to answer to such claims. Also it is not possible at our end to handle any claims made after 2 days of delivered status.
